Before you arrive in Spain, we will contact you and listen carefully to your requirements and help you find the right selection of properties to view. Once you have booked your trip, we will discuss an itinerary with you which will begin with us collecting you from the airport and taking you to your selected accommodation.
Your viewing trip will include a one-to-one guided tour of the local areas, beaches and amenities and consultations with lawyers, mortgage advisors and banks if required. We will offer you our advice and expertise, so you are fully informed before making any decisions.
On completion of your selected property, we will reimburse up to €1,000 for all of your travel costs.
From initial viewings to moving day and beyond, we’ll be by your side offering our own experience, expertise and advice of buying and living in Spain.
