What can we say; simply if we hadn’t met Steve and the Luxury New Home Spain team at Place in the Sun Manchester in March 2025, we wouldn’t now be chilling and relaxing at our beautiful new build Villa with Pool at the Vistabella Golf Urb in Orihuela, South Costa Blanca. Compared to others, Steve listened to our vision and without any hard sell type tactics went forward in helping us meet our dream of permanently retiring to Spain, meeting us last June, 2025 and taking us to several lovely new Villa options, and honestly explaining the positives and negatives of each, before we settled on our new Home 3-4 days later, and where Steve was there to hand hold and reassure us all the way, from establishing a relationship with the Builder in question, and leading on all our requirements, to also linking us to other partners such as Sun Lawyers who have also helped us with numerous parts of the process including the NLV Visa application. It was such a huge life changing decision which would have been so arduous without Steve being with us all the way, always available on the end of the phone or through WhatsApp to discuss any queries or worries we may have had at that time, and where without him and the LNHS team, I can’t imagine how we’d have managed. They have been brilliant and he and Paul even met us after our three days of journey time by one way Van hire, to help us unload its contents into our new Villa. They did say they offer and cover the whole end to end package and they really do. If you are looking to buy a permanent or holiday home in Spain, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you seriously consider Luxury New Home Spain; it really has been the best decision Annwen and I have ever made, and we are now living the dream as they say !!!
