Luxury New Home Spain is a fully licensed real estate agent in the Valencian region, part of the new compulsory regulation requiring real estate agents to be registered to sell properties in the Costa Blanca. All agents operating in the Comunidad Valenciana are required to comply with the legal obligations and register before October 2023.
We are also proud to be members of the Alicante API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria – Official Order of Estate Agents of Alicante and its province – an association that has been present in the Spanish property sector for many years. Becoming part of the Alicante API is an option taken by estate agents and includes training, experience and an extensive code of ethics.
