Outstanding service from Steve and the team at Luxury New Home Spain!
We first met Steve at The Place in the Sun exhibition and out of all the hundreds of stands Steve and the team stood out for their down to earth, friendly, non pushy approach.
Within a month we had decided to come out to Spain on a viewing trip. Steve picked us up, had already listened to what we were looking for and had several properties lined up. Over several days and at a pace that suited us, nothing was too much trouble, going back to properties, showing us different ones, telling us about the area etc. It made the experience so enjoyable. We found a new build that was still in construction phase and throughout the process, Steve sent us videos, recommended services to use, liaised with builders, lawyers, mortgage brokers etc this made the process stress free. Whenever we visited, it felt like meeting up with a friend, he's authentic and kind.
Since moving in the support hasn't stopped, contacts for electrician, pool person, garden services etc, basically if we are not sure, Steve will support.
