Luxury New Home Spain, our sincere thanks and gratitude to Steve, Kathrine and Paul. Initially when we contacted Steve, he was very helpful in answering our many questions re a seafront apartment. He sent us videos of the area and off the new builds for sale. At no time did he pressurise us into a purchase. We found him extremely helpful and professional. As we weren’t in Spain at the time when we decided to purchase the apartment, Steve recommended solicitors and a Currency exchange company. All this worked perfectly.
We took possession of the new build apartment and Steve in our absence held a set of keys to allow builders access for snagging etc. His wife Kathrine has been helping us to source particular furnishings. Our thanks to our now dear friends at Luxury New Home Spain.
