We recently bought property in Spain and I must say that we were thrilled with the level of support we received from Emma, Steve and Paul. They couldn’t have been kinder, more helpful and more knowledgable. They certainly also went ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty to accommodate us.
Using the metaphor of a ‘ journey’ they stood beside, in front and behind us on every step of the way. In fairness they are so experienced at their work that they anticipated things we needed to have addressed but hadn’t thought of asking. There is little doubt that they made the process as painless as possible. Perhaps more importantly they were able to ‘read’ our needs and at no time did we feel as if we were being rushed into decisions or the purchase. They absolutely tried to ensure it was our needs that were being met and not their needs.
They were a font of knowledge and they were fantastic to explain the pros and cons of any of the properties we looked at. We never felt pressured, which was important for us.
They drove us to see a wide range of potential properties, as well as to meet the developers and when we decided, they also followed up by arranging appointments with lawyers and the notary to ensure all the correct documentation was in place.
They were always available to work on our behalf with the developer to ensure our requirements in relation to finishes were organised.
