“Pretty much flawless service from all the team!! From the initial introduction and discussion with Emma, through to the first trip out to our new apartment.
We had detailed discussions with Emma at the outset regarding the criteria for our new apartment, which were fully understood and taken onboard. When arriving at Alicante we were met by the team on the ground to take us to our hotel – a very friendly and informative journey with Paul.
After a couple of days relaxation, the following 2 days were spent being looked after by Steve, viewing a great number of different apartments across several locations. Most of the apartments met much of our criteria, and a couple of curve-balls thrown in for good measure. Steve did a great job showing us round and providing impartial views and advice – even bringing us back to our number 1 criteria of outside space.
Once decided on which apartment we wanted to buy, the next phase of the process was seamless – from agreeing with the promoter, to arranging a meeting with the lawyer and the notary to finalise everything – all arranged by Steve the whole process took about 3 hours. Nothing like the UK!!
The entire team, including Katherine kept in touch throughout the purchase period, including ongoing support and taking delivery of furniture so when we finally arrived at our new apartment, we had all the essentials – wine was even in the fridge waiting for us!!
All-in-all, a great experience, and I would highly recommend the team if you were thinking of buying a property in Spain. ‘A Place in the Sun’ without the cameras!!”
