We started to look at purchasing a property in Spain in 2015 and decided to visit " A Place In The Sun roadshow" in Manchester
When visiting the roadshow we had every intention of buying a property on the Costa Del Sol but going around various stalls and listening to people it became apparent from advice given that we should also look at the Costa Blanca.
This is how we meet Mr Steve Root and informed him we were open to either resale or new build properties and we were looking for a three bedroom two bathroom property near to the beach. After visiting properties in Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor and Lo Pagan to name a few we quickly became aware the new build option was for us and we started are search with Steve's help, experience and patience ( we did visit many properties ) .
After visiting the above locations we came upon a new build in Torre de la Horadada. On viewing the property, Steve mentioned that because the build was in its early stages we could make some cosmetic changes to the build plans within reason and after speaking with the builders this was agreed.
We were so impressed with the Torre de la Horadada property the location close to the beach and the quaint little square that we fell in love with the place. We went back to the apartment we had rented while we where searching for a property to discuss and quickly made are minds up to purchase the property.
Without Steve's help and experience and excellent customer service we would never have found this great location and property.
