I just wanted to say how over the moon we are with our new apartment in Vista Azul Villamartin.
It has been a very stressful time due to Covid but we could not have done it without Steve & Paul.
From looking after the apartment after we purchased it as we couldn't fly over due to the pandemic, sorting out a local electrician to put up light fittings to sorting out somebody to come over and help put flat packed furniture together.
Even when we did finally manage to get over, Steve & Paul were wonderful!!
They even showed us where to get food shopping, electrical items, sorted out the WIFI and even drove us to where we had to get our pre 2 day covid tests before we flew back.
They spent a few days driving us around everywhere we needed to go.
When you sign on that dotted line to purchase a property, most other companies just leave you to sort everything else yourself but not in this case.
I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Luxury New Home Spain if anyone is wanting to purchase property as the after care is second to none.
